Ingredients

    1 bag (24 oz) diced frozen potatoes (with peppers and onions if desired)
    2 tubs Knorr Chicken Homestyle Stock
    5 cups water
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
    3 Tbps bacon bits
    1 block Neufchatel Cream Cheese

Tips

Top with shredded cheddar and bacon bits.
Would be delicious with diced carrots added for full cooking time.


Directions

Place all items (except cream cheese) in crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Cube cream cheese and add to crockpot. Stir until melted into soup.
