A lower fat version of banana pudding, Southern style! A lower fat version of banana pudding, Southern style!
Number of Servings: 15


    1 3.4 oz package of VANILLA fat free pudding (I had to use chocolate for the calorie count)

    1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk

    1 cup fat free milk (or almond milk)

    1 cup fat free sour cream

    1 8 oz container of fat free whipped topping

    2 bananas, sliced

    about 3/4 a box of reduced fat vanilla wafer cookies


Garnish with sugar free or fat free chocolate syrup on top! It's pretty AND tastes great!


Mix the pudding, sweetened condensed milk, and fat free milk with a whisk. Let set in the fridge for ten minutes.

Mix in fat free sour cream, then fold in whipped topping.

Layer vanilla wafers, bananas, then pudding mix in a bowl. Finish with layer of pudding mix. Put vanilla wafers around the edges.

Serving Size: 12 to 15 half cup servings
