Ingredients

3 Large Bananas
1 Cup of Natural Crunch Peanut Butter
2 Packets of Instant Oatmeal
.5 cup of apple sauce
1 tbsp of protein powder
4 tbsp of honey
1.5 cup of flower
.5 cup of milk
1 large egg
2 tbsp of coco powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Directions
1) Preheat the oven to 350
2) Mush bananas until they seem creamy
3) Add all ingredients together (except flour)
4) Slowly mix in the flour
5) Grease the baking tray
6) spoon mixture onto baking tray
7) bake for 20 min or until golden brown
8) remove from oven and let cool
