Ingredients

    1 (8.5 ounce) package jiffy corn muffin mix
    Egg, fresh, 1 lg
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 2/3 cup
    Del Monte Sweet Corn Cream Style, 1 can
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can drained
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz (seasoned with mexican seasonings or taco seasoning), cooked & cooled
    Green Chili Peppers, chopped, 1 small can
    Beans, black, 1 can, rinsed and drained

    optional:
    black olives, onions, jalapeno peppers, etc

Directions

Make the corn bread mix, fold in cream corn, canned corn, beans, cooled meat, chilis, cheese.

pour into greased 9x13, bake @ 350 for about 45 minutes
