Ingredients

    1/4 cup +2 tbsps of Splenda
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    2 large eggs
    2 cups fresh pumpkin
    1 can (12 fl oz.) NESTLE CARNATIONS Evaporated Milk
    1 unbaked 9 inch (4 cup volume) deep dish pie shell
    Whipped Cream

Tips

Do not freeze this pie, because this will result in the crust seperating from the filling.You can substatute 1 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon,ginger, and cloves; however, the flavor will bee slightly different.


Directions

MIX sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in a small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

POUR into Pie Shell.

Bake in preheated 425 degree F oven for 15 min. Reduce oven temp. to 350 degress F; Bake for 40 to 50 min. or untillknife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 12 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with whipped cream before serving.
