Ingredients

    1 c. cooked brown rice
    1/8 c. cooked quinoa
    1/2 c. chopped raw apple
    2 T. dried cranberries
    2 T. roughly chopped walnuts
    1/2 t. cinnamon
    1/2 t. sugar (or maple syrup)

Directions

Add all ingredients in bowl, cover with paper towel or plastic wrap. Microwave until hot.
