Ingredients

1 cup Water
1/2 cup Splenda
2 3" inch Cinnamon Sticks
4 whole Allspice
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
4 cups Apple Juice
2 cups Orange Juice
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
Tips
The nutrition is based on four cups of apple juice, but apple cider can be substituted for some or all of the juice.
Directions
Bring water and splenda to boil over medium, stirring often. Boil for 3 minutes and add spices. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain out spices, add juices, bring to boil then simmer and serve.
