Tips

Usually served with fired carp or other fried fish, may be served hot or cold.


Directions

Grate carrots and celery root (not too thin), slice onions. In large skillet heat mixed oils. Add onion and cook until transparent. Add mixed carrots and celery root, cook until wilted. Add chilies and water. Simmer under cover for 20 min. Add tomato paste, cook another 3-4 min.
