Ingredients

    Hormel Pork Tenderloin (Peppercorn) 24 oz Package
    Raw Carrots 2 cups chopped
    Russet Potato 2 medium Chopped
    Fresh Green Cabbage 4 chopped leaves
    Green Onion Chopped
    Water roughly 6 cups

Tips

Great for an easy, yummy, healthy meal you can throw together before work and serve when you get home!


Directions

Put Pork Tenderloin in as is out of package, fill crock pot almost to the top, chop up veggies and add them to the crock pot then add what ever seasonings you like. Start on high for 5 or 6 hours then let simmer for an hour or 2 or until desired.
