Ingredients

    blend together

    1/2 ev olive oil
    juice of 1/2 a lemon (2 tbls)
    2 anchovies
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c fresh parsely (1/8 c. dried)
    2 tablespoons warm water
    1 pinch sugar
    s and p to taste
    (dash worcestershire sauce and dash parm cheese optional)

Tips

sometimes I add a dash of Worcestershire and parm cheese


Directions

blend in cuisinart or blender...or whisk by hand after crushing anchovies and garlic together.
