Introduction

This good for a big group of people or leftovers. I made it for a few days of leftovers in my household. I didn't measure anything so all measurements are estimated. If they are a little off, I apologize. This good for a big group of people or leftovers. I made it for a few days of leftovers in my household. Ingredients

24 oz seashell pasta (used Ronco brand)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
1/2 cup Smart Balance Light w/ Flax Oil (melted)
    Lemon juice, 3-4 tbsp
    Lemon Pepper Seasoning 2 tbsp
    Garlic Powder 2tbsp
    Garlic Pepper 2 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 3 tbsp
    Basil, 3 tbsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
Parmesan or dairy free cheese (optional & not calculated)

Tips

You might have to add or use less of some ingredients depending on your tastes. I didn't measure, I just kept adding until I got it to taste the way I like it. You can also add any vegetables or chicken.

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions until al dente. Melt butter while waiting for pasta. Drain pasta. Pour melted butter over pasta and stir. Then add olive oil and stir. Stir in rest of ingredients until they are thoroughly mixed with the pasta. Top with dairy free Parmesan or other cheese (not calculated).
