Ingredients
-
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 c. A Taste of Thai canned coconut milk
2 packets (2 grams) NuNaturals NuStevia
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Tips
You can substitute light coconut milk to save about 70 calories (Based on the light and regular versions of A Taste of Thai's coconut milk).
A Taste of Thai is my favorite for this recipe as the richness and sweet coconut flavor make the chocolate exceptional!
