Introduction

Ingredients

    6 large Eggs, fresh
    4 large Egg whites (can substitute egg white powder)
    2 cups nonfat dry milk powder (Great Value - Walmart), (2 cups of powder not 2 cups of prepared milk)
    1/2 teaspoon Now Foods Stevia
    1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
    1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg, ground,
    1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon ground
    1/2 cup Splenda (or Kroger or Walmart generic brand)
    5 1/2 cup Water

Directions

beat eggs, egg whites, nutmeg and cinamon until well blended. Combine milk powder and water. Add to egg mixture. Stir in stevia and mix well. Add vanilla and splenda. Blend well.

Put in 8 wide mouth pint jars in a 350 degree oven. Also put in an extra jar or two half filled with water or put the jars all in a pan of water. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 or until it just begins to set. it will set more as it cools.
