Ingredients

    1 Cup pumpkin
    1/3 cup unsweedtened apple sauce
    1/2 cup diced apple
    1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
    3 egg whites
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/4 cup vanilla protein poder
    1 cup Stevia
    1 tsp Baking soday
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1/4 Cup chopped walnuts

Tips

I had to bake mine for about 23 minutes until they were done :)


Directions

Comine all ingredients in a blender until oats are finely ground. Spoon batter into 12 muffin tins. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350* or until toothpick comes out clean.
