Ingredients

    90 g macademia or hazelnuts
    90g slithered almonds
    185g candied peel
    .25 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
    .5 cup wholemeal SR flour
    .5 tsp cinnamon
    .25 tsp mixed spice
    .5 cup icing sugar or caster sugar
    .33 cup honey

Tips

Use baking paper, its sticky. Dust with 2tblsp icing sugar and 1tsp cinnamon. Cool and cut into 12 small slices. Its rich.


Directions

Smash the nuts. Mix all dry ingredients except the sugar and honey. Boil honey and sugar until a drop forms a small soft ball in cold water. Then mix all ingredients together. Put in oven at 150deg C for 30 mins
