Zucchini, 3 cup, sliced (remove)
breadcrumbs - italian style, 1 cup (remove)
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup (remove)
*Onion, fresh (medium), 100 gram(s) (remove)
Yellow Mustard, .25 cup (remove)
*Mayo - Hellman's Red Fat, 6 serving (remove)
Honey, .25 cup (remove)
*Cajun Seasoning, 4 tsp (remove)
Olive Oil, .125 cup (remove)
Directions
preheat oven to 425
slice zuccini into small fry- size pieces.
rinse and drain for an hour.
dip into egg and then coat in breadcrumbs, lay on baking sheet.
bake for 12 min on one size, 12 minutes on the other.
for the dip:
carmelize onions in olive oil for about 30 minutes
place all ingredients except mayonnaise in processor and mix until blended.
stir in mayonnaise and serve with the fries.
