Ground Turkey, 112 gram(s) (remove)
Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove)
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
Sour Cream ( Publix fat free), 9 oz (remove)
red potato medium size, 6 serving (remove)
Campbell's Cream of Mushroom 98%fat free, 25%less sodium, 10.75 oz (remove)
Fozen Yellow Corn, 1.33 cup (remove)
Kerrygold Irish Butter, 2 tbsp (remove)
Publix Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
makes 8 servings
I make this in 2 stages,
1) brown turkey with celery, onions while browning i put mushroom soup in crock pot and add 6 oz of the sour cream and half can of water.
add turkey and corn to ths after browning and let cook couple hours.
2) peel and dice potatoes and boil till tneder , I mash them with te irish butter and remaining sour cream.
next stage , pre heat oven to 350
in an baking dish ( I use a 2.8 liter ) put the turkey,corn mixture n bottom and then spread mashed potatoes on top
sprinkel cheese over top of that and bake for 50 to 60 mins.
divid into 8 pieces and enjoy
