Ingredients

    2 8 oz packages of neufchatel cheese
    1 8 oz package of fat free cream cheese
    8 oz of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 packages of lean beef, cubed (i.e. Carl Buddig)

Directions

Allow cream cheese and neufchatel cheese to come to room temperature. Mix together the remaining ingredients until they are mixed uniformly.

Place mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Use the plastic wrap to form into a ball. Place in refrigerator to chill until served.

Serving Size: Makes 48 - 2 tbsp servings
