Ingredients

    Couscous
    Parmesan Cheese (optional)
    Roma Tomatoes or any Tomato
    Green Onions (Scallions)
    Cilantro
    Bell pepper (Red, yellow or orange)
    Chicken (Tyson Grilled chicken strips or any leftover baked chicken)

    Dressing
    Honey
    Dijon Mustard
    Balsamic Vinegar
    Lemon Juice
    Asian 5 Spice
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook couscous per box instructions. Chop vegetables and chicken, add to couscous.

Prepare dressing by whisking together Dijon mustard, honey, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and and Asian 5 spice. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add dressing to salad, toss.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings
