Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F

    Finely chop one medium onion - approx. 1/2 Cup

    Wash, peal, -slice thinly 5-6 medium potatoes

    Grease baking dish with a little of the butter

    In a microwave dish wisk together

    3 Tbsp butter
    3 Tbsp Flour
    1 tsp salt
    Dash of pepper
    2 Cups 2% milk - can use 1% milk adjust calories

    Microwave on high for 2 minutes, wisk, continue to cook for 1 minute intervals until milk is hot.

    Place a later of potatos and onion cover in caserole dish add sauce to cover, continue to add potato, onions and sauce until full - top with a layer of potatoes and onions.

    Can add some paprika and grated cheese, but not in calorie count.

    Bake for one hour or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned on top.

    Total calories: 2370

    Serving size 1/2 Cup 237 Calories

These are great with 'ham'
