Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    6 Large fresh room temperature eggs.
    2 tablespoons of mayonaise. 1 1/2 tespoons (or to taste) Curry Pwd .
    Chopped Chives or 2 Spring Onions chopped finely

Directions

Place in saucepan ond cover with room temperature water .
Place on stove and bring to the boil, stirring the whole time.(this ensures the yolks are evenly distributed.
Cook till eggs are hard .
Place saucepan under cold running water and cool eggs down imediately . Gently break the shell from the eggs and cut in half . Scope the yolk out of the eggs and put in bowl large enough for all twelve yolks, 2tablespoons of maynaise and 1@1/2 teaspoons of curry pwd or to taste ..Beat the mixture with fork and refill all the eggs halfs with the mixture .. Sprinkle chopped Chives or 2 Spring Onions chopped finely over eggs .
