    1/2 c. chopped garlic
    10 cut up potatoes
    10 fillet of frozen cod fish
    1/4 c canola oil
    Kosher salt


Can use salt cod fish in the box. Boil and drain salt water a few times. Then cut up cod and add to potatos and garlic. Do not add additonal salt.


Cut up potatoes and boil until soft
bake cod fish in oven on 400 for45min, then cut in pieces
chopped 2 bulbs of garlic
heat canola oil with garlic on medium heat until garlic just starts to turn brown
mix all ingredients in a bowl and add salt or kosher salt to taste and serve hot.
