Ingredients

    8 oz neufchatel cheese, softened
    4 oz cracker barrel reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese at room temperature
    1/3 cup chopped sweet or green onion
    3/4 c chopped walnuts

Directions

Mix all ingredients, EXCEPTS NUTS, in a food processor until smooth, about 1 minute. Refrigerate cheese mixture for 1 hour or longer until it is firm enough to form into a ball. Roll ball into chopped nuts until all nuts are pushed into cheese mixture. Serve with crackers, pretzels, carrot, and celery sticks.
