Ingredients

    Crust
    1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs)
    2 Tbsp Sugar
    3 Tbsp butter salted-melted

1 cup Dulce De Leche-Nestle Brand

    Filling
2 8 oz packages of cream cheese-room temperature
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    2 Large eggs
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract

    Glaze
3 oz Ghirardelli Premium Baking bar 60% cacao-bittersweet
1/2 stick (4 Tbsp) Butter, unsalted
    2 tsp Light Corn Syrup

Tips

I ran a knife around the edge of the cake to loosen it from the foil immediately after removing from the oven.

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Line bottom and sides of an 8" square pan with non stick foil, leaving extra overhang. Stir crust ingredients together with a fork and press into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake 10 min. and then cool 5 minutes on rack.

Pour Dulce de Leche on crust. You may want to microwave it a little bit as it was difficult to spread on the crust. I plan do micro at 10 sec intervals until it is a pouring consistancy. Place in fridge while making filling.

Filling-Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour over the Dulce De Leche layer evenly, and bake for 45-55 minutes or until the center slightly jiggles. Cool completely and chill in the fridge for 3 hours.

Glaze: Microwave glaze ingredients until smooth. Pour over cheesecake evenly and chill for 30 minutes. Cut into 16 even pieces.
