Ingredients

    4 ounces Swiss Cheese, grated
    1 cup ham, chopped
    3 tablespoons chopped green onion
    3 eggs
    1 cup heavy cream

    Arrange cheese, ham, and onion in a greased pie plate. Beat eggs and cream, pour into pie plate, over ham and cheese. Bake 350 for 30 minutes until firm and lightly browned.

    This is almost identical to a recipe on genaw.com, whch is one of my favorite low carb recipe sites. May be using it - thanks for posting - will review taste, which I assume will be great!
