Ingredients

    1.5 cup of wheat flour whole grain
    3 tablespoons of ghee
    0.5 tablespoon of baking&soda powder
    dash of salt
    1 egg

    1 cup of leek
    1 tablespoon of parsley
    1 carrot
    1 egg
    salt and pepper optional

Tips

If you have some dough left, you can put it on your pie over filling, or you can cut in squares and bake cookies, my kids love them, they are not so much in leek :)


Directions

Make dough and keep it in the fridge while preparing filling.

Cut leek and carrot and parsley in small pieces, stir together and put over dough in the baking pan.

Bake for 25 minutes on 200C
