Introduction

This smoothie is filled with vitamins and is great as a snack or as a meal on the go! (P.S. You can't taste the spinach!) This smoothie is filled with vitamins and is great as a snack or as a meal on the go! (P.S. You can't taste the spinach!)

Ingredients

    1-Orange: Peeled and sliced into quarters
    1-Bananna: Peeled and sliced
    6-Strawberries: Sliced
    3oz.-Greek yogurt (I prefer honey flavored)
    2 cups-Fresh Spinach leaves
    1 cup-Ice

Tips

You can save the Swamp Juice in the fridge for up to a day, or in the freezer for up to a week. If kept in the freezer, remove from the freezer about 45mins. before enjoying.


Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender & blend until all lumps are gone.

Serving Size: Approx: 32oz.
