Ingredients

    1 tsp olive oil
    3 leeks
    3 zucchini
    1/2 head napa cabbage
    2 cups celery chopped
    3 med potatoes chopped
    4 c chicken stock
    1 tblsp dry sherry
    1/2 package leek soup mix.

Directions

saute leeks in oil, add broth with all other ingredients and cook for 20 min. blend.
