Introduction
These are the simplest "cookie" bars of all time, and they are so incredibly delicious! A friend made these and I was convinced that there was a stick of butter in there somewhere. Ingredients
-
1 box (225g) Ritz Crackers
1 can (300mL) Sweetened Condensed Milk
7 Tbsp (approx. half a 200g bag) Hershey's Chipits Skor Toffee Pieces
Tips
You could certainly sub in fat-free sweetened condensed milk, or low/no sugar if there is such a thing. Far free/reduced sodium crackers would also be a health improvement. If looking for low-sugar, I suppose you could also sub in crushed Werther's sugar-free candies or something similar. I haven't tried any of this yet, but I'm sure it would work out just fine. Enjoy!
Directions
1. Crush Ritz crackers to a medium dust.
2. Combine crushed crackers, toffee pieces, and sweetened condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
