Ingredients

    6 teaspoons coconut flour
    8 eggs
    8 oz. cream cheese softened
    1 tsp. baking powder
    .5 tsp salt
    vanilla extract to taste

Tips

add coconut flour slowly as it will thicken as it sits.


Directions

Blend together eggs, cream cheese and vanilaa extract, add baking powder and salt. Add coconut flour one teaspoon at a time until desired consistency. Remember that coconut flour works best when allowed to rest before cooking.
