Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups Cooked Rice
    1 can Corn
    8 oz Light Velveeta
    1 can chili beans
    1 can rotel

Tips

Great served with taco chicken.


Directions

Mix all ingredients and heat until the cheese melts. Stir thoroughly.
Can do this in microwave or in slow cooker.

Serving Size: makes about 8 cups (I think!)
