Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    10 ounces extra-lean ground turkey breast
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 (28-oz) cans diced tomatoes
    2 medium zucchini, diced
    2 medium yellow squash diced
    1 (15 oz) can black beans
    2 (15-oz) cans fat-free, reduced-sodium
    beef broth
    4 celery stalks, diced
    2 green bell peppers, diced
    1 (1 1/4-oz) package dry chili seasonings

Directions

Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and onion and saute' until browned, about 10 minutes.

Transfer the browned turkey and onion mixture to a large soup pot and add the tomatoes, zucchini, squash, beans, broth, celery, bell peppers, and chili seasoning. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Continue to simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes

Serves 20.

    I understand that it serves 20 but is that 1 cup servings? I can't see that is specifies how much is a serving and before I make it I am wanting to determine how much to make.

    Hubby and I found your web site "sparkpeople" and this wonderful Weight Watchers One Point Turkey Chili, which we made together and boy oh boy hubby can't stop raving about how good this was.... it makes so much that he is bringing some to work tomorrow to share for lunch...

    Loved this chili recipe...Would I make this again you bet I will....I have passed this one on to my friends and I am going on vacation tomorrow and I will have my sister try it out too...Just in time to make it will fresh veggies....I would give one a 5 star..... - 7/24/10
