Introduction

Extremely low calorie and fat. Basic stir-fry. For additional flavor I like to add a bit of taco seasoning, ginger, and McCormick's Hot Shot. Extremely low calorie and fat. Basic stir-fry. For additional flavor I like to add a bit of taco seasoning, ginger, and McCormick's Hot Shot.

1 lb Chicken Breast (skinless, boneless)

    1/2 large Sweet Onion
    3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups Minute Rice, White Rice (long grain)

Directions

Cook chicken to nearly done, then add peppers, sauces, and spices. Add onions about 2 minutes later. Cook on high the whole time. Time your rice to boil about 5 minutes before cooking is done so rice will complete at same time.
