Ingredients

    3 lbs Ground Beef
    1 Large Egg, Scrambled
    1/2 Cup Ground Flax
    3 Tbls dried onion
    1 Tbls garlic powder
    1 Tbls Rosemary
    1 Tsp dill

    Topping
    1 Cup Marinara Sauce
    1/2 Cup Deli Mustard
    Tabasco (optional)

Directions

Mix beef, egg, flax, onion, garlic, rosemary, and dill. Pat into a 9x13 baking pan. Mix marinara, mustard, and hot sauce. Pour over meat. Bake at 400 for an hour or until inner temperature is 175.
