Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 2 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Yeast, bakers, .5 ounce
    Sea Salt, 1.5 tsp
    Lemon Zest, 1 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Butter, salted, .5 cup

Directions

Make like brioche then once risen, shape into a crown shape, alow to rise again then brush with an egg wash and bake on a silpat at about 350 F.
