    Use low sodium options when available
    Turkey Broth
    Can Corn
    Can Butter Beans
    Can Pinto Beans
    Can Sweet Peas
    Can Black-eyed Peas
    Yellow Squash
    Carrots
    Parsnips
    Celery
    Garlic
    Poultry Seasoning to taste

Directions

sautee celery, carrots, onion, parsnip, garlic in light oil to break down cellulose. Add all ingredients in crock pot on low heat for several hours. Serves 12 servings.
