Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400. Combine dry ingredients, stir in milk,applesauce,egg mixing just until dry ingredients become wet. Pour batter into a 8" square pan (greased with cooking spray). Bake at 400 degrees for about twenty minutes.

Tips

You can use oil in place of applesauce and white flour in place of wheat if you do not have the healthier options on hand but it will change the nutritional information.
