Ingredients

    2 cans (12.5 oz) canned chicken
    1 medium onion (chopped)
    1 can (16 oz) black beans
    1 can (16 oz) red kidney beans
    10 ozs. frozen sweet corn
    2 cans (16 oz) opendiced tomaotes w/ chiles
    1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1tbsp chili pepper
    1tbsp cumin

Tips

Since everything other than the corn is pre-cooked, once this has stewed for a couple hours its ready to serve at any time

*you can add 1/4 cup cilantro if you like


Directions

Open and rinse beans, combine all ingredients in crock pot, adding chicken last, Cook on high for 3 hours then turn to low, and cook until.......
