I eat two of these for breakfast and add a tiny bit of sugar free jelly on top. Yum!
Directions
Add all ingredients, mix together. Pour into a muffin-top pan or whoopie pie pan w/12 slots.
Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees, flip over and bake for 5 more minutes until golden brown.
