Introduction

This is a recipe that my mom used to made for us when we were children. This is a recipe that my mom used to made for us when we were children.

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Maggi Crema Esparragos, 5 serving
    Tuna - Sardimar with Veg. Light (one can), 1 serving
    Spinach, fresh, 100 grams
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    White Rice, medium grain, 2 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 3 oz
    Olive Oil, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tbsp

Directions

Preheat the oven for 15 mins.

Procedure:

Rice:

1. Cook the white rice in a microwave pot, with 1 tsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of salt.

Cream:

1. Prepare the asparagus cream following the packaging directions.
2. Once is ready, chop the fresh spinach and add it to the cream.
3. Add the tuna with vegetables (remove the liquid first).
4. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.

Start mixing the rice with the cream in a pirex in layers. Start with a base of the cream and then rice, and then cream and so on until you end up with cream at the top.

Put the shredded mozzarella on top and put in the oven until golden brown.

Remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10 mins before cut it.

Serving Size: Yields 6 portions.
