Delicious low cal low fat protien packed large breakfast Smoothie that can be had alone or split among the family to accompany a healthy breakfast fora boost of fruit and protein . My kids Love it to the point i have to watch my cup or they will drink it all.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup- Great Value Non-fat Greek yogurt
    2 Tbs- Splenda No Calorie sweetener
    1/4 cup- Fat free Milk
    1/4 cup- chopped fresh apple
    1/3 cup- chopped frozen unsweetened peaches
    1/3 cup- frozen unsweetened mixed Berries
    2/3 cup- chopped Frozen unsweetened Strawberries
    14 grams- EAS vanilla whey Protein Powder(approx 2 Tbs)
