Ingredients

    1 lb. boneless pork chops
    1 tbsp butter
    1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
    2 tbsp dijon mustard
    1 tbsp dried rosemary, crushed

Tips

1 cup of broth makes a medium consistency sauce. Adjust the amount of broth for the consistency you prefer.

Directions

Melt butter over med-low heat. Increase heat to med-high and saute pork chops about 4 minutes per side, until lightly browned. (The thickness of your pork chops will affect cooking time.) Remove pork chops to plate.

Add onion to pan, stirring constantly until softened. Deglaze with chicken broth and cook until boiling. Stir in mustard and rosemary, then add pork back into pan and cook 3-4 minutes, or until sauce is thickened.
