Ingredients

*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
*Garlic Paste, 2 tsp
*Dei fratelli All purpose Italian sauce or Tomato Sauce, 7 serving
Fresh Basil chopped, 6-7 leaves
*Half a med yellow onion finely chopped,
*1/2 Med. Green Bell Pepper,
7 Cherry Tomatoes cut into 4 pieces, Fresh
Oregano, ground, 1/2 tsp
Parsley, dried, 1/4th tsp
Broccoli, fresh, 3/4th cup, chopped
Tips
You can add a pinch of sugar at the end to reduce the amount of all the acidity in the sauce.
Directions
Chop all the vegetables
Heat Olive oil in a sauce pot and add the onions. Cook til translucent in color and add minced garlic. Stir for 10 seconds on High heat and then add green bell pepper and stir again.
Now add the Italian Sauce, mix, cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes and then turn the stove to low heat. Add all the herbs and cherry tomatoes. Add chopped broccoli after 5 minutes and let cook for 15 more minutes till the sauce is thick.
