Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 c each red and green cabbage shredded
    1 c carrot grated (1 large carrot)
    1-2 small apples cut into small chunks
    1/2 c walnuts
    2 T lemon juice
    1 Tbsp mayonaise
    toss together and serve. Chilled is nice but not necessary. leftovers for lunch are awesome.
