Ingredients

    2 Lbs. Chicken breast Skinless, Boneless
    Sun Dried Tomato
    Olive Oil
    Garlic Cloves
    White Wine
    Chicken Broth
    Heavy Whipping Cream
    Salt
    Pepper
    Basil

Directions

Olive oil in a large skillet, heat oil until hot not smoking. Add in the chicken, brown both sides. Will not be cooked all the way. Remove and set on a plate. Add Garlic, Sun Dried Tomatoes (washed and dried, Chopped), sauté until golden color. Add white wine and bring to a boil. 1 minute. Then add the chicken broth and chicken simmer for 6 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Remove chicken and wrap in foil. Add whipping cream and boil for 1 minute. Remove sauce from pan and blend in blender until smooth. You might need to add water to thin it out. Plate chicken and place sauce on top.
