Ingredients

    2 Bags Wegman's Frozen Cauliflower
    1/4 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    1/4 cup Daisy Lite Sour Cream
    1tbsp Country Crock Lite
    25g Kirkland Parmesan Reggiano Cheese
    1/4tsp granulated garlic
    1/4tsp ground black pepper

Directions

Cook frozen cauliflower by boiling in two cups of water. Then, drain water and mash cauliflower, to desired mashed potato consistancy, in pot while hot. Add all ingredients and stir well while warm. Serve
