Ingredients

    Bacon, 12 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)
    Pam, 1 serving (remove)
    Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 32 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips (remove)
    Garlic, 4 clove (remove)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 9 cup (remove)
    Potato, raw, 4 cup diced (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 5 cup kernels (remove)
    Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    Milk, 1%, 4 cup (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded (remove)

Directions

cook bacon in oven and crumble
use grease to saute chicken, onion, peppers and garlic
saute 10-20 minutes, then add broth and potatoes
bring to a boil
simmer 20 minutes, or until potatoes are soft
add corn
place flour in a bowl and gradually add milk
whisk together until well blended
add to soup
cook 15 minutes until soup is thickened
add cheese and salt and pepper to taste
add crumbled bacon to top when serving
