I found this on Food Network and added a little to it. I found this on Food Network and added a little to it.
Number of Servings: 10


    3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
    2 (1 lb) bags frozen broccoli
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/4 cup chopped red onion
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can rotel brand tomatoes and green chilies
    10 ounces reduced fat cheese product


This is a tweaked Weight Watchers recipe... 2 points per cup


Mix chicken broth, frozen broccoli, garlic, onions and tomatoes and chilies together.
Simmer for about 10 minutes or until veggies are tender.
Cube cheese and put into soup pot.
Simmer just until cheese is melted.
This recipe freezes and refrigerates well.

Serving Size: makes 10 1-cup servings
