    6 med. Potatos
    2 Leeks
    6 Green Onions
    6 med. Carrots
    3 cans fat free low sodium chicken broth
    1/2 Lb. fresh green beans
    1/2 bag broccoli flowerets
    12oz. precooked pork (left overs great)


Add more chicken or vegi broth for thinner soup. Be creative with the veges, use what you like. Great for cold evenings.


Peal & cube potatos, thin slice leeks, green onion & carrots. Add chicken broth (should cover 1/2 for thick or 3/4 for thinner). Simmer for 30 min or until tender. Mash or use food processer to the consistancy you like. Add green beans and broccoli. Continue simmering 20 min. Add cooked meat and simmer for 10 min.
