Ingredients
-
3 oz Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate melted
1 stick butter melted
2 eggs beaten until light yellow and thick
1 scoop Jay Robb Vanilla Whey protein
3/4 cup Erythritol
10 drops stevia
2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
6 TBS Nevada Manna Chocolate Chips
Tips
I used Carbsmart stats for the chocolate chips, as they are the same product just a new name.
They need to sit in the fridge to cool for at least an hour.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and line 8x8 pan with parchment.
Mix melted chocolate, butter and cocoa powder together, a glass microwave proof measuring cup works great for this. Let cool.
Whip eggs, erythritol, vanilla and stevia until light and fluffy.
Fold chocolate mixture into eggs. Mix in protein powder, chocolate chips and baking powder.
Spread into pan.
Bake at 350 for about 18 to 20. Minutes. Cool. Then refrigerate for about an hour.
Serving Size: 21 small bars from an 8x8 pan. I do this because I always want to go back for more and this way I can always have two.
